These little words and phrases we hear sometimes alot in our day to day life. Ever stop to think how some days just our saying them to one person can brighten up their day. We concentrate so much on the horrible things going on in this world, the shootings at schools, talk show hosts being stupid, etc! Focus in on the intrinsic good of people and spread a little happiness in your world today. I had two people send me emails or texts today that just made me smile. This made me want to pass that good feeling on. So today, when you get the chance...give someone who looks like they need it a smile. Take that extra second to say thanks to the checker at the grocery store or the server at the restaurant you have dinner at. You might enjoy and they will for sure!
